At Coal Headwear, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print the packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place your items in their original box or a similar mailer, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned headwear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
